This is our go-to emergency “nothing in the house” meal
The kind where you raid the cupboards and freezer and somehow it still turns into something
nourishing.

I always keep bone broth, a few individually wrapped chicken breasts and some veg in the freezer, it makes these nights so much easier.
Leftover chicken works perfectly too (or beef or lamb). Honestly, any protein you’ve got.

adapt to what’s in your kitchen:

• 1 cup shredded chicken
• 1 cup organic spelt noodles
• 1 cup bone broth
• 1 tbsp organic soy sauce
• 1 tsp raw honey
• 1 egg yolk (if you like for added nutrients)
• Veg – anything goes (peppers, spring onions, sweetcorn, green beans)

Here I used green beans and sweetcorn, but whatever you have will work.

Boil the noodles in the bone broth and add everything else into the same pot.
That’s the real hero here - letting the noodles soak up all that mineral-rich bone broth goodness.
