A quick dip is such a simple way to make almost anything a little more exciting!

This is amazing on a quality wrap like Crosta & Mollica (made in Italy so the flour is not fortified and has no folic acid), with homemade chicken nuggets (see Recipe highlights!) and lots of crunchy lettuce or cucumbers.

Eggs are truly a powerhouse food, and whenever possible, adding the yolk raw can be a great way to boost nutritional content of things without losing any of the goodness through heat. Raw egg yolk whisked into things is a fave hack for getting all the gorgeous nutrients like all the fat soluble A, D, E, K, and choline which is vital for brain development, as well as lutein and zeaxanthin! All nutrients included in our Mighty Multivitamin, taking inspiration from these golden globes of goodness, and getting them into our vegan, liposomal formula for the whole family!

SUPERFOOD VANILLA BUNS
(For the kids who refuse eggs… but never refuse a choc chip bun 😅)

I created these because one of my boys simply won’t eat eggs, and eggs are one of the richest natural sources of choline.

Choline is such an underrated nutrient, but it’s absolutely vital for growing children…

brain development
memory + learning
mood + nervous system support
healthy muscles and cell membranes

So if your child isn’t an “egg child” either… this is such an easy, delicious way to sneak them in.

And it’s also why we include choline in the Mighty Kids Multi too, because these foundational nutrients matter so much for little developing brains

Method (super simple):
Add the wet ingredients to the dry, mix until smooth, fold in chocolate chips or blueberries, then spoon into muffin cases.

Bake at 180°C (160°C fan) for 10–12 minutes (or until golden and a skewer comes out clean).
