US orders: Due to weight limits on shipping labels, larger orders may be split into more than one box. While these are always packed and picked up from our warehouse at the same time, they are often not delivered by the courier at the same time for some reason. The rest of your order will be on the way and is usually delivered next day or very shortly after the first parcel.
You will receive tracking information when your order is dispatched. If you may be away from your address when delivery is attempted, you can specify a safe place for parcels to be left during checkout. Otherwise, the courier will usually put a card through your door allowing you to re-book a delivery or arrange collection.

IMPORTANT NOTE regarding damages:
In order for us to process a claim for a refund or replacement, one of the following MUST be done, and you must retain the full parcel with contents until we confirm the refund or replacement will be processed:
1. Refuse delivery if there are any signs of damage or if the parcel is in a plastic bag by the courier, OR
2. Send photos of all damaged bottles to [email protected] (not just the box), OR
3. If you feel it is unsafe to open/inspect the parcel, PLEASE do not, and instead, contact us right away for the next steps – [email protected]
We cannot process a refund or replacement without one of these options in place. Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
