We’ve been so busy working on something, and I wanted to share a few behind-the-scenes sneak peeks…

I can hardly believe this is real 🥹… the Mighty Kids Recipe & Health Book is happening!

What began as a simple hope — to feed my own boys well and give them the best chance at health — has grown into something I now get to share with so many families. To pour that love, learning, and purpose into a book feels like such a blessing.

I’ve been so moved when I think of the miracles we’ve already witnessed through the supplements — children’s lives changed, families supported, hope restored. My prayer is that this book might carry that same goodness into kitchens and mealtimes, nourishing bodies and hearts in the most everyday, beautiful way.

It’s not just a recipe book, but a vulnerable sharing of our roadmap — the steps that helped my family move from overwhelm to confidence, from not knowing how to cook for my family to finding peace in knowing how to help them thrive.
Plus lots of natural remedies and the science of vitamins!

Mighty Kids has always been about the whole picture of raising children to thrive. From the nutrients that nourish their cells to the food that fills their plates, every piece matters. This book feels like a natural extension of that vision, weaving nourishment into everyday family life.

Tips for use:
A little goes a long way — you can smooth it on like a mask, dab onto small patches, or even pop some under a plaster for a targeted boost.

Because it’s food-grade, it’s safe for consumption — but as with trying anything new on skin, it’s wise to start small and see how you go.

It can feel a bit sticky and may transfer to fabric, so overnight use works best.

If needed, it rinses off easily with water.

It is sold as a food supplement. Lots of families also use it on the skin with amazing results, but it’s not officially registered as a cosmetic.

The liposomal “bubble” helps Vitamin C reach the skin cells directly, where collagen is made — which is why results can be so fast and visible.
