We have since received guidance from our team of scientists and nutritionists that our dosage on all our products in the kids line is safe from 12 months- with parental discretion. Parents need to ensure a child is not already on a prescribed infant formula, specially fortified milk, or other supplements that contain high amounts of these ingredients. Please check labels for these amounts. We previously decided that we were most comfortable keeping the labels as they were to allow for direct communication with parents to explain the above and to ensure absolute safety for those who may not reach out to us beforehand to discuss this. However, with over a year of education provided to our customers, we are now in the process of updating our labels to reflect the current guidance and this will happen in the next production batch.

Magnesium is just a mineral required by the body for normal function (responsible for over 300 reactions in the body!), and it is a nutrient that cannot be made by the body so it is necessary to obtain through diet or supplementation. In the same way you need consistent intake of nutrients like calcium and vitamin C, and do not develop a dependency, regular Magnesium intake is required to provide the body with what it needs. It does not behave in the body like a sleeping pill or even melatonin. It does not mimic hormones, cause drowsiness, or inhibit sensory activity by forcing sleep. I hope this helps!

Started off giving it of an evening as I thought it would be better to help with sleep but it was making my son worse in the night so I’ve been giving it him in the morning when I give him his multivitamin and it seems to be doing the trick a lot better now. Happy with my purchase
This has changed our child’s sleep, we are using over 12 months so I was slow to review, it definitely helps our child to sleep for longer stretches. We started at 12 months when we were getting no more than 2/3 hour stretches of sleep. He does still sleep badly and is up by 5am most days, however it’s calmed him and made him easier to settle to sleep and stay asleep for 6-8+ hours so it’s a win for us, I’ve ran out a few times and the bad sleep retuned and awake every 2/3 hours.
