A full list of the vitamins and minerals is below and includes Lutein and Zeaxanthin. These 2 ingredients are proven to support normal eye function and health, particularly of the retinas. They also provide protection against the harmful effects of extended blue light exposure.

The multivitamin includes the recommended daily dose of D3, K2 and Vitamin C, but it does not contain Magnesium, as there was a limit to how much we could fit in one serving size! Therefore, it is advisable to take the Mighty Kids Magnesium alongside. We highly recommend using additional Vitamin C to ensure optimal levels, which will help during times of illness or additional stress.
