At Mighty Kids we’re confident that you’ll love our products, so much so that we offer a no questions asked 30 day money back guarantee. This means you can try any of our products, and if you’re not entirely satisfied you can simply contact us via email – [email protected] – within 30 days of receiving your product, and we will give you a full refund. You won’t even be required to send the product back. This offer applies once per product per customer, for all orders placed from June 2024 onwards. The refund does not include the postage price.
No refunds or returns will be accepted for the older version of Mighty Magnesium, purchased before 21 May 2025, as it was an already discounted, discontinued item. This information was clearly laid out on the product page before 21 May 2025.
If you have any issues with your order, these must be reported by email to [email protected] within 30 days of receiving your item, as per the tracking information.
Returns
Sealed, unopened bottles in like new condition can be returned within 90 days of purchase date for a refund. Refunds will be processed after eligible product has been received by our warehouse. We do not cover return shipping on EU orders and you will need to send proof of postage/tracking to our team once you have sent the item back: [email protected]
We do not accept returns or replace bottles for any reason past 90 days from the purchase date.
