One of my boys asked me recently why the Three Kings brought baby Jesus gold, frankincense and myrrh.

So we found out the meaning behind each gift, something in me stirred, their intention felt deeply familiar.

Gold - a gift of value, It recognised that this tiny life was precious.
It was an investment in wellbeing, safety, and security.

Frankincense was a gift for the body.
Used for calming, healing and care, it honoured and supported the body

Myrrh was a gift of protection.
It acknowledged that life would bring challenge, discomfort and stress, and that the body would need help to cope, repair and recover.

And in that moment, I felt such a strong connection to Mighty Kids.
